Wallpost is a free marketplace platform that connects buyers with local sellers. We do not handle shipping or returns directly. All delivery and return processes are managed by individual sellers.


🚚 Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Responsibility:
    Sellers are solely responsible for packaging, shipping, and delivering products to buyers.

  • Delivery Timeframe:
    Delivery timelines may vary based on the seller’s location and chosen courier service. Buyers should check the estimated delivery time provided by the seller before placing an order.

  • Shipping Charges:
    Any delivery or courier charges (if applicable) are determined by the seller and may vary for different products.

  • Tracking:
    If the seller uses a courier service with tracking, they may share the tracking ID directly with the buyer.

  • Wallpost’s Role:
    Wallpost does not handle logistics. For any delivery-related questions, buyers must contact the seller directly.


🔁 Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns Allowed or Not?
    Return policies differ by seller. Before purchasing, buyers should review the seller’s individual return conditions (if mentioned in the product description or profile).

  • Conditions for Returns (if allowed by seller):

    • Return requests must be made within the time frame specified by the seller.

    • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase may be required.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds (if applicable) are handled directly by the seller.

    • Wallpost does not process or guarantee refunds, as transactions happen directly between buyer and seller.

  • Disputes:
    In case of issues, buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve the matter directly. Wallpost does not take liability for disputes related to product delivery or refunds.
