Yes! Wallpost is completely free for both sellers and buyers. No commission, no listing fees.

3. How do I place an order?
Simply browse products, click on the one you like, and tap the “Order Now” button. Your order will be sent directly to the seller.
4. How do I contact the seller?
Each product listing includes the seller’s contact details. You can call or message the seller directly for more information or to confirm delivery.
5. How do I make a payment?
Payments are made directly to the seller. Wallpost does not collect or manage payments. Sellers may accept UPI, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
6. Can I return a product?
Returns are based on each seller’s individual policy. Please contact the seller directly for return or refund-related issues.

7. Who can sell on Wallpost?
Anyone! You do not need GST registration. Wallpost is open to small businesses, home-based sellers, and local vendors.
8. How do I register as a seller?
Download the Wallpost app, create your account, and tap “Start Selling.” You can then add your products with photos, descriptions, and price.
9. How do I receive orders?
When a customer places an order, you’ll get a notification instantly via the app or SMS. You can then contact the customer to confirm delivery.
10. Does Wallpost take commission?
No. Wallpost charges zero commission. All earnings go directly to you.
11. How do I get paid?
You get paid directly by the customer through UPI, cash, or bank transfer — based on your preferred method.

12. Can I edit or delete my listings?
Yes, you can manage your product listings anytime from your seller dashboard.
13. I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen to reset it using your registered mobile number or email.
14. How do I report a fake listing or misuse?
